Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying 3-bottle orders. Eligibility depends on the products and shipping conditions. Your final shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Our published shipping policy lists typical processing of 1 to 3 business days and standard US shipping estimates of 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary by location, carrier and order volume.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. Check our Shipping Policy for the latest information.
How can I get help with my order?

Can I order 3, 6 or 12 bottles?
Yes! The Dank Sauce Flavor Bundle features Original, Fat Chili and Nopal Cactus, with 3-, 6- and 12-bottle options available on the product page.

Storage & Returns
Product storage, damaged orders, and return assistance.
How should I store my sauces?
Store unopened shelf-stable products as directed on their labels, generally in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, follow the refrigeration instructions printed on each bottle.
What is your return policy?
Our published Refund Policy provides a 30-day window to request eligible returns. Restrictions apply, including to certain perishable products. Please contact us before sending any item back.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our team as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the items and packaging.
How should I store pickled products?
Follow the storage directions on each jar of Spiced Pickled Green Beans or Spiced Pickled Asparagus. Refrigerate after opening if directed on the label. Do not consume a jar with a broken seal or signs of spoilage.
